Interview with Jeff Lievense

Jeff Lievense, teacher in our Advanced Course Bioprocess Design, shared his thoughts on advancing industrial biotech in Biofuels Digest. Jeff is Executive Vice President Process Technology at Genomatica, a San Diego based company active in sustainable chemicals from renewable feedstocks. He and his team “translate biology into 100 kiloton fermentation-based chemical plants that perform”.
